EMBRACE YOUR BIGGER SELF
Stop playing small. Stop being a people pleaser.
Stop taking care of others at your own expense.
Discover your special powers and fully embrace the best version of you.
SO, WHAT DO YOU WANT? I MEAN, WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT?
Deep down we know it’s not about having more money, attaining the perfect body, or finding the ideal partner. These are all just side benefits of the thing most important for you to discover—the REAL you, the most complete, most
powerful, most alive, and most kickass expression of you.
You may have felt this version of you for brief, fleeting moments. The goal is to make it last, to be able to define yourself and your life by the pure joy you feel when you can be the REAL you.
This new life may seem distant and unimaginable, yet I know the journey begins with the simple power of words and their ability to affect how you feel, how you experience your life, and how you announce the REAL you to yourself and the universe.

Lucinda’s work on The Power of Wanting and Presence in Motion is brilliant. She is a fabulous teacher and an empathic Focusing facilitator who has the remarkable ability to connect from her heart with the potential in her students and clients in order to move them from where they are to where they want to be.
Lucinda is a visionary who can see positive possibilities far into the future. She was the first person I invited to join me in my business teaching Focusing, and she has been a co-creator of the vision of Focusing Resources from the very beginning.
“In 2008 while teaching at Mayo Medical School in Minnesota, I discovered Focusing thanks to Lucinda and it was life changing for me! I studied Focusing with Lucinda for a number of years, and brought Focusing to Mayo Medical School, assisting Lucinda in teaching a Focusing course to medical students.
I remain awed by Lucinda’s skill at Focusing and grateful for the gifts she has brought to my life. Having Focusing as a tool in my personal life and clinical practice has been profound. Along with Ann Weiser Cornell, Lucinda has been my main Focusing teacher.”
“In 2013, I took Lucinda’s brilliant course The Power of Wanting and then hired her as my private coach to apply Focusing to creating the life I want. We’ve covered the gamut of all my personal and professional issues – health, money and relationships – as well as general well-being and happiness.
Lucinda helped me work through some stuck places caused by childhood trauma that had blocked me from creating more success, making more money and becoming the more influential speaker that I am today. Her masterful ability in helping these painful issues become right-sized allowed me to move beyond them.”
“From 2013 to 2020, Lucinda and I had been co-teaching an in-person workshop combining Focusing with Argentine tango called Presence in Motion. Through ‘mini’ Focusing sessions, Lucinda helped our students process whatever dancing tango might trigger for them — from feeling self-critical to issues of control which tend to surface in partner dance.
I’ve always been amazed at how much can shift in just a few minutes, thanks to Lucinda’s skill in delivering Focusing. I’ve watched her guide people into a more authentic connection with themselves and then into deeper connection with others. Lucinda is someone who can really deliver results in personal transformation.”
